I've lived here through management turnover and I can tell you there is no difference. I've even gone as far as paying for my own pest control because the formula Viera was using did not work. I complained again when the problem returned under Viera management, several times. When I have them copies, they still did nothing and told me they would try several options.

Very close to school, super accessible to grocery and shopping. Great running trail next to it and a bunch of parks. The location is great because it is near a Target, Walgreens, UPS, etc. it is also a quick car ride to the school and close to a shuttle spot. Further, many of my friends stay in the area and that has been a plus. 15 minutes by car to B-school, 20 minutes walking to shuttle service.

Kind of a haul to MARTA train stops though. Management is completely useless and could care less about tenants after they have signed a lease. Rather than throw away 140$ a month you can stay in a much nicer complex in a much better location with better management. Don't let the 'updated' look fool you, linoleum floors, maintenance will never fix any issue that you have without having to pester them almost every week. Good building, very good location, recently renovated.
